Established in 2012, Jolly Scrumptious Cupcakes specialise in creating bespoke, hand made cupcakes and celebration cakes.
Following a career in the Travel industry and after having my second child, I pursued an interest I always had for baking and making. Having made my sons birthday cakes since his first birthday, although they were made with love, they were not always the most perfectly finished. So just before my daughters first birthday in 2011 I attended my first cake course to perfect decorated cupcakes. This sparked a keen interest, possibly verging on obsession, with everything cake. A couple more courses and hours and hours of practice later Jolly Scrumptious Cupcakes was born. Run from my home in the village of Lamberhurst, Tunbridge Wells, Jolly Scrumptious Cupcakes offers a professional but personal and friendly service.
With a real passion for creating miniature decorations packed full of details, I have become known for specialising in cupcakes with very personal and unique designs. Every decoration is lovingly hand crafted with immense attention to detail and with a very clean style and finish.
Taking what I’ve learnt and practiced, I am able to offer cake decorating on a 1-2-1 or small group basis. Children can also enjoy cake decorating as part of the fun of a Jolly Scrumptious Party.
As well as this I am pleased to be a guest tutor at Pretty Witty Cakes featuring in the online video tutorials with a number of exclusive cupcake collections. I’ve also been featured in many of their online magazines.
