All our cakes are baked fresh to order. Typically our larger cakes are filled with a delicious layer of buttercream and either jam or curd. All large cakes (except fruit cakes) are covered with a thin layer of buttercream or white, milk or dark chocolate ganache before being covered with fondant icing. Our cupcakes and cake jars are topped with a generous swirl of buttercream.
Classic Victoria sponge
Light and fluffy vanilla sponge cake layered with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and Raspberry jam.
Rich chocolate sponge made with Belgian chocolate layered with chocolate buttercream.
Zingy lemon sponge layered with lemon curd and creamy, zesty lemon buttercream.
Traditional fruit cake packed with fruit and soaked with brandy and rum. Covered with a layer of marzipan and fondant icing.
Cupcakes available in all of the above flavours with the exception of fruit cake and without the filling.

All our cakes are made in a nutty environment and therefore we can’t guarantee that our kitchen is nut free. Gluten free cakes are available but sorry at this time we don’t offer dairy or egg free cakes.
